The staff here is very friendly and kind, always with a smiling face, the location is magnificent and lovely, right next to a train station and main sights, and it's just a 15-minute walk to the city center.

Location: the hotel was just next door to the railway station and the bus terminus, the Ferry terminal and harbour, and Laboe. I had coffee at Blauer Engel, located within 10 minutes walk;)))

The noise level can be quite high due to the hotel's location between a four-lane road and the railway station. there is no tea/coffee making equipment in the rooms, and the TV placement can make it difficult for the person in the adjacent bed to view the screen.

The location couldn't have been better, as it was right next to the train station and within walking distance of the biggest mall in the city. The car park was ideal, always spaces available. Great location, next to the train station, biggest mall, and cruise terminal. Free parking and wi-fi, a flat-screen TV, lift, and express check-in/out were available. Plus, pets allowed, air conditioning, and no smoking on-site.
